There is much to like about the Samsung Galaxy S8.
After Note 7 has proved to be a fiasco, Samsung Galaxy S8 is ready to make up for everything that went bad in the company during these past couple of months.
Rumour has it this model will come in two versions, one with 5.1-inch 2K display and one with a more generous 5.5-inch 4K screen that will certainly stand out on the market as a strong competitor to iPhone’s latest devices.
It is worth mentioning that Samsung and iPhone produce and sell the most accessories and devices in the smartphone industry and they have the largest loyal fan communities that eagerly wait for every new release.
Although the production of the Galaxy Note 7 has been shut down after it has caused a tremendous loss of profit to the company, the Samsung Galaxy S8 promises to be a revolutionary phablet that will surpass Apple’s iPhone 7 Plus.
When Note 7 was released, Samsung provided an exclusive Blue Coral model that immediately became a high-demand option for most customers. Therefore, the company plans to add this exquisite color to its S8 model as well.
However, questions remain as for whether customer fidelity will continue to be the same after the Note 7 fiasco. Some people think that Samsung has to do its best by developing a revolutionary S8 to make sure that it won’t lose its customers.
Both Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus are expected to come with curved Super AMOLED generous displays, without retaining the edge feature. The company is going to clarify which will be the full specifications of these two models at the next event on February 26th, 2017.
Until then, experts believe that the display will have a 3,840 x 2,160 resolution backed by an 806-pixel density, while the dual-camera setup is expected to have over 16 megapixels. In addition to this, selfie fans a looking forward to checking out the front-facing cam which will probably have at least 8 megapixels.
Under the hood, Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus will be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 830 chipset and minimum 6GB of RAM. Interesting enough, some critics believe that even the names of the devices might also change. Regarding additional accessories, these models will probably have Wi-Fi headphones as well.
