Last week it was reported that president Donald Trump’s lawyer, Michael Cohen, paid former pornstar, Stormy Daniels, $130 thousand to cover up the affair in exchange for her silence prior to the 2016 election. According to several people familiar with the matter, Trump’s wife, Melania Trump, was „blindsided” by the reports of her husband’s alleged cover-up.
Melania Trump has kept a low profile ever since the Stormy Daniels reports, according to the reports. If the affair is true, then the incident would have taken place just a few months after the First Lady gave birth to son, Barron Trump, in March 2006.
Media outlets reported that on January 18 InTouch Magazine published a follow-up piece a day after the affair allegations started emerging. It featured an interview with Daniels from 2011, in which she confessed to the affair.
Melania was absent from her husband’s trip to Davos, Switzerland, a yearly economic forum where world leaders and entrepreneurs come together to assess economic issues. However, she will reportedly be attending the President’s first State of the Union address on Tuesday. According to news reports, she was seen in Florida on Friday while Trump was in Davos.
While the First Lady skipped the Davos forum, she made an unplanned visit to the Holocaust Memorial Museum after which she went to Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida on Thursday.
Melania did not comment on the Stormy Daniels reports, prompting many people who were from the outside looking in to wonder if she took to heart the allegations surrounding her husband. The FLOTUS even defended Trump when he bragged about „grabbing women by the p—y” in an Access Hollywood tape, which surfaced during the 2016 election.
Melania’s spokeswoman, Stephanie Grisham, took to Twitter to deny the affair allegations.
BREAKING:The laundry list of salacious & flat-out false reporting about Mrs. Trump by tabloid publications & TV shows has seeped into “main stream media” reporting. She is focused on her family & role as FLOTUS – not the unrealistic scenarios being peddled daily by the fake news.
